5 Fun Activities For The Fall
We weren't kidding when we said we LOVE fall! If you didn't believe me, I'm sure you've caught on by now if you've been keeping up with all of our fall themed posts. With mid-terms now upon us it is easy to lose sight of all of the fun to be had in fall. So, take this post as an encouragement to take a study break and get out there and enjoy this season to the fullest. Here are 5 activities that you absolutely must do before fall is over!
1. Go to a pumpkin patch
This is an absolute MUST, and if you haven't already done this then you better be looking up the nearest pumpkin patch right now. There is no better way to get into the fall season then spending a morning at the pumpkin patch with some of your best gals -- and of course, perfecting your fall aesthetic.
2. Watch Hocus Pocus
A timeless classic that will never not be at the top of our Halloween time to-do list. For many of us, this movie is an October tradition than began years ago a midst Disney Channels' 13 Nights of Halloween. If you haven't seen this movie, well it's about time you did! Get yourself a group a girls together, a bowl of popcorn, and snuggle up for a move night ASAP!
3. Go on a walk in the park
Hopefully wherever you are the leaves are falling and the temperature is dropping -- but even if it isn't, there is never a wrong time to get outside and enjoy the fresh air. But especially in this season when the air is so crisp and the leaves are changing colors, I don't know how you could resist taking a walk in the park! Grab a gal pal and enjoy some conversation and quality time in the great outdoors!
4. Get a PSL
At the risk of being incredibly basic, I had to add this to list. If you've never tried one of these infamous fall-themed Starbucks drinks, then please check it off your bucket list this fall. Whether you love it or hate it, the hype is worthing looking into. Next time you need a study break pick-me-up change it up a little by ordering yourself a Pumpkin Spice Latte! You deserve to treat yourself during this busy season.
5. Bake a Pumpkin Pie
I'm not the best in the kitchen, and you may not be either. But if you get a group of girls together and a simple recipe from online you can turn a rainy afternoon into a fun little indoor adventure by trying to bake a pumpkin pie! It will no doubt get you in the fall mood and will get you working with your hands which is always good. Plus, you will have earned yourself a homemade treat when it's all said and done!
