The Operations Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of Delight including HR, financial, inventory, and organizational management. They will assist the Executive Directors in the creation and execution of the annual budget while ensuring that the organization is aligned with all best practices. They will be responsible for tracking and reporting all revenue, expenses, inventory, and donations. In overseeing operations, they will ensure that the organization is following and maintaining all policies and procedures in the most effective and efficient way. The Operations Manager is in place to assist in maintaining healthy growth and sound financial decisions.

Responsibilities of Operations Manager

  • Ensures organization is following procedures and policies

  • Oversees finance management and reporting processes

  • Tracks and manages inventory and shipping processes

  • Organzies board meetings and communication  

  • Manages HR onboarding process and policies

  • Manages and organizes CMS

  • Tracks and records donations

  • Manages day-to-day donor relations

  • Manages Regional Director’s donor reports

Must Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or similar experience

  • At least 2 years of production, financial, or project management experience

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment

  • Exceptional organization, communication and project management skills

  • Proficient with CMS Systems, Squarespace, Square, Xero and other project management, inventory, and financial tools a plus

  • Travel coordination and/or event management experience
