At Delight Ministries we are passionate about Jesus, college women, stories, and our interns. We work hard, have fun, and roll our sleeves up to make the community of Delight stronger and to glorify the Lord in all we do!

We would love for you to join us! 

Internships begin every August, January and May to coincide with the college schedule. Applicants must be college students and be willing to relocate to Nashville, TN for the duration of the internship.

Fall 2024 Internship Positions

EARLY AUGUST - MID DECEMBER

Located in Nashville, TN. 10-15 hours a week. Unpaid positions.

CHAPTER RECRUITER INTERNSHIP

Are you passionate about seeing Delight chapters on every college campus?! You will get to assist with recruiting strategies + campaigns to find Delight leaders nationwide, connect with and encourage TONS of college women, and tap into your creative side on our socials.

CREATIVE MARKETING INTERNSHIP

In this internship, you will assist our Marketing Coordinator with all things promotional, including TikToks, Instagram engagement, content development and organization, marketing copy, graphic design, and MORE!

MINISTRY DEVELOPMENT INTERNSHIP

Are you passionate about impacting the next generation? You will get to help us with our biggest tasks: managing our active chapters and assisting in donor development! You will get to see a first look into managing our RD Program, and the communication that goes into our NEXGEN program.

OPERATIONS & ADMIN INTERNSHIP

Are you passionate about women’s ministry and want to learn what it looks like behind the scenes? This is for YOU! You will get to walk alongside our Operations and Staff Development Manager and see ALL the in’s and out’s of the ministry!

GENERAL INTERN REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Lives in or willing to relocate to Nashville, TN.

+ Strong work ethic and “no task is too small” attitude.

+ Passionate about the Lord. 

+ A total team player.

+ Works well with others and has GREAT communication skills.

+ Ability to problem-solve and anticipate needs.

+ Flexible with the ever ebbing and flowing needs of a growing ministry.

+ Upkeep of Delight HQ (organization, cleaning, filing, sorting).

+ Has own reliable transportation and laptop computer.

+ Most importantly loves to have fun while pursuing the heart of God!

  • These are unpaid internships, but can be used as internship hours for school and is great experience for the workplace!
