4 Ways to Invest in Your Delight Community This Summer

Seriously guys… summer time can be HARD can be super hard! Over the course of a school year, you have spent countless hours with your besties! Long talks, late nights, big belly laughs, and then suddenly, summer hits and you're all spread apart. Everyone goes back home, goes on vacation, gets experience at an internship, works summer camp,etc.

Maybe you’re wondering… how am I going to keep those amazing friendships I worked so hard for?

We want to give you 4 ways that you can continue to invest and be intentional with the women in your Delight community! 

1. Join a Summer Series group together! 

Do you think we have hyped that up enough yet? We don't think so! Joining a summer series is an amazing way to stay connected to each other and to scripture! The best part? You can walk through the James study in person or through a virtual platform! What is holding you back? Text your community NOW and join a summer series group together! 

2. Get a Pen Pal!

What better way to connect then going back to good old fashion pen and paper! Writing handwritten letters is seriously the BEST and what better time than when you're spread out for the summer?! 

3. Zoom hanggzzz!!!

We know that each of you have officially reached EXPERT level on using zoom! Keep up the face to face interaction by hopping on a zoom call and catching up with what you have been doing this summer! Started a new bible study? Share it! God taught you something crazy? Let’s hear it! Invited a new girl to Delight? Add her to the call!! Zoom is an amazing platform to chat, catch up, and pray over one another this summer!

4. Get outside!

Do you have a group of women that live relatively close to you? Get a group message together and plan to meet up! Visit your favorite park or community pool and have some fun in the sun! What better time than now to make new memories?!
