Before the semester begins each Delight chapter needs to submit this informational contract to Delight HQ by July 31st. Only one form needs to be submitted from your chapter. After submitting this form we will send you your chapters books and all other needed material for the semester! Please fill this out in its entirety. Partial forms will not be accepted.
To pick up your books at Conference please submit this form by July 22nd!
