At Conference you will be equipped and empowered to step into leading Delight on your campus for the year! You will walk away trained, encouraged, on fire for Jesus, and PUMPED to lead on your campus!

This year, you have TWO different options for housing:
1. book your own discounted hotel room USING one of the links below (limited rooms available, so book asap!)
OR
2. Book your own housing in the surrounding area with your team (AirBnBs, hotels, etc.)

Let’s plan your trip to Conference!
1. CONNECT as a TEAM
Get together with your leadership team and connect on who is able to come to Conference!
2. PLAN YOUR STAY
Decide if you would like to purchase a housing slot using Delight’s dicounted hotel link OR book your own place as a team around the area (AirBnBs, hotels, etc.)
3. GET YOUR TICKETS
You can purchase a single ticket or buy tickets as a team.
4. decide on your ride
If you’re flying, you’ll want to fly into the Nashville airport (BNA). It’s about 40 minutes from the conference venue. If you are driving, you’ll want to coordinate who’s driving from your team or carpool with another chapter!

Need help getting to Conference? Apply for a scholarship!
This would cover the FULL cost of your conference ticket.
***Please note that a ticket scholarship does not count towards team discount rates.
This would provide you with $100 to put towards a flight, hotel, rental car, etc.

You will fly into the Nashville airport! It’s only about a 40 minute drive to Spring Hill from there. You can also coordinate with other Delight leaders to Uber/carpool.

You will want to bring your Bible and a journal FOR SURE! You’ll want to dress comfy cozy (sweatshirt, comfy clothes). You will want to bring a little extra spending money for meals (for while you are traveling AND at Conference) and that NEWWW Delight merch! We will send a FULL list of things to bring and all of the details later in the summer!
