MUST HAVES:
+You're a natural hype woman.
+You are a people person! You love being around people and people are naturally drawn to you. You have an infectious energy that sparks action in others. You naturally rally people around a vision and know how to create momentum in conversations. Your enthusiasm is contagious, and after talking with you, girls feel empowered to take bold steps they might have been hesitant about before. You turn possibility into action!
+You're the most positive person in every room.
+Your optimism is unwavering, and it shows up in every interaction. You see potential where others see obstacles, and you genuinely believe that every campus needs Delight. When girls share their doubts or fears about launching, you reframe challenges as opportunities and help them see what's possible. Your positivity isn't fake or forced—it's rooted in genuine belief in these women and the mission. Even in difficult conversations or when facing rejection, you maintain a bright outlook that keeps both you and your team energized and hopeful.

+You’re a team player.
+You work well alongside others, communicate clearly, and bring a positive, can-do attitude. You’re dependable and supportive knowing that your work directly contributes to a bigger mission. You ask for help when needed and offer help freely when you can.
