Heartbeat: Learning to love God with every beat of your heart through a study of spiritual disciplines

In this study, we explore how to walk in love by choosing obedience to God’s commands–in other words, how to love God with every beat of our hearts. Each week we will cover a different spiritual discipline and discover how we are called to go all in with our faith in each unique area. Each chapter will fill in the blank: “I will love God with my ____.”
This study includes:
A deep-dive exploration of 9 different Christian spiritual disciplines.
Biblical context and hard truths aimed to encourage college women to go deeper in their faith. ((Though this study was created with college women in mind, it is relatable and accessible to women of all ages and stages!))
Interactive elements like thought provoking questions, prayer prompts, fill in the blanks, conversation starters, and more.
